The subject of the order is the delivery of a liquid chromatograph with tandem detection, mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) -1set

The subject of the contract is the supply of a liquid chromatograph with tandem mass spectrometry detection (LC/MS/MS) as part of the project entitled: "Strengthening the infrastructure of the WSEZ in Łódź in order to increase operational efficiency" No POIS.11.03.00-00-0177/22. As part of measure 11.3 Supporting the repair and resilience of the health care system, priority axis XI REACT-EU Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment for 2014-2020.

1. The scope of delivery includes:

1) transport and bringing the subject of the order to the laboratory located on

III floor, in building A of the Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Łódź at

40 Wodna Street,

In building A there is a passenger lift with a door width of 72 cm

and a maximum load capacity of 450 kg.

2) assembly, commissioning and demonstrating the full efficiency of the device,

3) training at the headquarters of the Ordering Party:

a) two-day training after installation of the apparatus (minimum 10 clock hours), in the use of hardware and software for three laboratory employees, in commissioning: LC, mass detector, air compressor, replacement of columns and necessary gaskets, replacement of the connector between the liquid chromatograph and the mass detector, confirmation of ESI sensitivity in positive and negative ion mode.

b) three-day application training (21 clock hours), carried out by an application specialist in order to implement the method of determining pesticides on the delivered equipment at the headquarters of the Ordering Party

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the "Subject Form" constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

3. The conditions for the performance of the contract are specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
