The purpose of the assignment is to manage the public space as efficiently and effectively as possible by setting up a management environment that best suits the requirements and wishes of the client. The main principles of this assignment are:

- Set up a management environment that meets all the requirements set out in Appendix G – 'Requirements Stadskanaal BOR system'.

- The implementation of the StUF-Geo IMGeo message traffic between the new management software and the Geo application 'dg DIALOG BGT'.

- Aligning with the national standards, including the migration to IMBOR.

- Setting up a link with the land registry based on the WIBON.

- Respond as well as possible to the wishes mentioned in Appendix H – 'Wishes Stadskanaal BOR system'.

Minimum threshold amount of € 250,000 with a contract duration of 8 years
