The subject of the proceedings is the selection of contractors for comprehensive winter maintenance of municipal roads in the Porąbka commune in the winter season 2023/2024, divided into six parts.

The subject of the contract, in the scope of each part of the contract, is a service consisting in comprehensive winter maintenance of municipal roads (hereinafter referred to as "ZUD") in the area of individual villages of the Porąbka commune, which should be understood:

(a) eliminating the effects of winter, snow and reduced temperatures by taking over the obligation to maintain road passability, reduce or reduce traffic disruption caused by weather conditions; conducting winter action day and night, on working days and holidays, in various weather conditions: snowfall, freezing rain, windstorms, blizzards, low temperatures, etc.;

(b) maintaining in full technical and operational readiness means of transport and equipment together with accessories designed to combat the effects of winter;

(c) having access to roughening materials and salt;

d) performing on-call duty and keeping ZUD documentation containing: a duty log specifying the course of on-call time, the condition of roads, interventions, etc.

e) cleaning the roadway along curbs and shoulders from excess sprinkling agents during thaw periods and after the end of the winter season.
