The procurement of consulting and services for the NOW IT network and the DRV Oldenburg-Bremen is put out to tender. This agreement is intended to enable employees in the NOW IT network and in the DRV Oldenburg-Bremen to be able to call up the required consulting or service for the S/4HANA Transformation program described below at short notice.

Places of benefit are all locations of the participating pension insurance institutions, including their clinics. The main location will be the Laatzen site.

The contract is scheduled to start on 01.04.2023. The duration of the contract is the duration of the program. The program ends as planned after the commissioning phase on 30.06.2027, but no later than 31.12.2027.

The term should be able to be extended twice by 12 months each.

The contract is intended to cover the estimated need of 628 service days to support programme management. In addition, the projects and possible sub-projects of the programme should participate in this agreement and receive external services as a programme management office, provided that the required types of services are specified in the aptitude test. For the tasks of the Program Management Office, an estimated need of a further 2,621 service days is assumed.

There is no acceptance obligation.
