Provision by the Contractor of services in the field of permanent, direct physical protection of persons and property in the facilities of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority located in the following locations in Warsaw:

c. Pl. The insurgents of Warsaw 1.

1. Provision by the Contractor of services in the field of permanent, direct physical protection of persons and property in the facilities of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority located in the following locations in Warsaw:

a. 20 Beautiful Street,

b. Bear Street 6 E,

c. Pl. The insurgents of Warsaw 1.

2. Provision of ad hoc physical protection services in the above-mentioned facilities of the Ordering Party in the amount of up to 600 man-hours.

3. Provision of the service of escorting classified parcels in the area of the Capital City of Warsaw in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 7 December 2011 on the sending, receiving, transporting, issuing and protecting materials containing classified information (Journal of Laws No. 271, item 1603).

4. Preparation and agreement with the Metropolitan Police Commander and the territorially competent Director of the ABW Delegation of plans for the protection of facilities at 20 Piękna Street and 6e Niedźwiedzia Street in Warsaw, based on the authorization granted by the Contracting Authority, and during the term of the Agreement updating these documents in accordance with the methodology of agreeing plans for the protection of areas, facilities and devices subject to mandatory protection and applicable regulations.

5. Preparation by the Contractor, within 30 days from the date of signing the Agreement, of a security plan for the facility at Pl. Powstańców Warszawy 1, which, after being handed over to the Contracting Authority by the Contractor, will be accepted by the Director of the Department of Security and Information Protection of the Contracting Entity.
