We are conducting an early engagement process whereby we will provide a brief of the overall tender and an SSQ (standard selection questionnaire).

Suppliers who are interested are requested to return a signed copy of the Brief stating their intent to tender and a finished copy of the SSQ, these will then be used to invite suppliers into the official ITT which is due to be sent out in January. Evaluation processes for the SSQ are outlined within the document.

The tender is being conducted through 'The Chest' e-tendering site, if you go to the following web address and register as a user (it's free) you can then express an interest in the opportunity and be added into the early engagement area.

The deadline for the return of these documents is 13.1.2019.

The service will include catering and cleaning services and the Council is offering 3 contract options, the first of which is:

A. The Forum Theatre; public café and restaurant, theatre bars and conference and banqueting, Barrow BC hospitality, full venue cleaning.
