1. The subject of the contract is IT services, programming services related to the websites of the Fryderyk Chopin Institute.
2. The scope of work shall include the following four tasks:
1) Task I: Implementation of the expansion, launch and maintenance of websites, mobile applications and utility programs,
2) Task II: Additional IT services,
3) Task III: Implementation of IT support services,
4) Task IV: Provision of IT consulting services.
3. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) specifying the detailed scope of services as well as the method of contract execution are presented respectively in Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference entitled "Description of the subject of the contract" and Annex No. 3 to the Terms of Reference entitled "Model contract"

Adaptation of the websites: https://nifc.pl (and all its subdomains), https://portalmuzykipolskiej.pl, https://chopin.musicsources.pl, https://chopin2020.pl, https://artystazawodowy.pl, mobile applications (Chopin and his Europe festival, Chopin2020, In the footsteps of great composers and Chopin's List) to the Act of 4 April 2019 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities in the field of accessibility for people with disabilities defined by the Web Content standard Accsesibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG) and in accordance with the Ordering Party's guidelines;
4. HUMDRUM – expansion of filters
5. Implementation of an advanced search engine
6. Creating a new online store
7. Updating the Multimedia Lexicon
II. Additional IT services
1. Expansion of the Chopin Institute website with new tabs, functionalities (hourly rate)
2. Changes in the Central Database and CMS and API
3. Ensure the proper functioning of the NIFC digital repository
4. Introduction of the necessary functional changes and updates in the Chopin Institute's mobile applications (e.g. Chopin Festival and its Europe; In the footsteps of the Great Composers; Chopin's Letters; Competition on historical instruments, iChopin application)
III. Implementation of IT support services:
1. Analysis and evaluation of software provided by external companies
2. IT support during key events organized by the Ordering Party
3. Helpdesk
IV. Provision of IT consulting services
Participation in meetings, organizational and working meetings with software contractors and other meetings regarding IT solutions for the Ordering Party.
