The subject of the contract is the delivery of 2 pcs. light special operational vehicles, light special reconnaissance and rescue vehicles and semi-trailer-tanks for transporting water. Vehicles and the equipment fitted to them must be brand new, unused, undamaged, unencumbered by third party rights, of first quality. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, specifying the minimum requirements set by the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the contract are contained in Annexes No. 1 A, B, C and D to the SWZ: "Description of the subject of the contract", and detailed conditions of implementation in Annex 6 to the SWZ: "model contract".
