This executive order concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement on type 1A and type 1B chemical intervention suits for use primarily by the Danish Defence and the Danish Emergency Management Agency. The suits are worn in cases where required for crew safety. Especially in the case of incidents involving hazardous substances, where direct contact cannot be safely avoided or where the chemical substance is not known.

It is a 4-year agreement that covers both the purchase of suits, practice suits, spare parts, accessories and training services.

The agreement can also be used by the Municipal Emergency Services, which are listed in Appendix I to the agreement.
