Helseplattformen AS needs a resource in its test project. The test project is responsible for selecting, planning, administering, and carrying out various test activities, including end-to-end test, test of work flow, as well as regional and local approval of the system. In addition, the project will see to joint test methodology and a tool tool, as well as joint templates for test plans, test script, and test reports.

Helseplattformen AS is in the process of implementing Helsefplattformen, which is an Electronic Health Record (EHR) for the health services in central Norway. The EHR system is delivered by EPIC systems, and the corresponding IHR system is delivered by IBM.l The project has completed the preparation and specification phases, and is now in the development phase. After a comprehensive testing, optimisation, and training period, the first commissioning is planned for 30 April 2022, and new roll outs are planned every 6 months after this. When the system is adapted to local conditions, Helseplattformen AS will need an extra resource I the test project who will manage the test of work flows and end-to-end test of the system.

The contracting authority would therefore like to procure a full time resource for one year, with an option to extend the engagement if required to maximum 1 July 2024.
