Brief description of the performance of landscaping work
The services of the LV map the outdoor facilities – around 6,800 m² – of the measure as follows: An access road to be paved provides access to the property via a gate system. This is followed by an equally paved driveway that leads to the pitches, which are paved with lawn joints. An angled retaining wall with a sloping upper edge encloses a forecourt in front of the main building and separates this area, which is provided with a lowered grove of trees, from the lower levels. A staircase connects the parking spaces and the forecourt, a second staircase leads from the forecourt to the green open space. The site has an artistically interpreted design of the surrounding, hilly landscape, which is criss-crossed by paths paved with water-bound blanket and serves as a green recreation area for the employees of the control center. Two seats with benches, table and stools as well as a brick barbecue are to be created.
Four outdoor sports equipment and a streetball court will also be arranged along the trail. Individual trees and groups of trees are spread over the entire site.
The property is bordered on the four sides by a bend with a centrally arranged rod mat fence.
