Brief description of the scope of the additional planning services for the construction of a 2-storey building in modular construction
The Klinikum Südstadt Rostock is a private company of the Hanseatic and University City of Rostock and has 464 full-bed beds. The client is planning the construction of a new cardiac catheterization laboratory with 2 measuring stations as well as a hybrid operating theater as a two-storey modular construction.
On the ground floor there are 2 catheter laboratories with the corresponding function rooms. Spatially, this level is connected via a corridor to an existing building. Upstairs there are the hybrid operating room with at least 70 square meters, several ancillary rooms and the technical building supply. This level is connected to the central operating area via a connecting passage.
The planned new building should be directly connected to an existing modular construction (built in 2014) on its south side.
The basis for the further planning steps is the present design planning. Relevant documents will be sent by the contracting authority to the offices selected for the second stage of the procedure. According to the cost calculation, gross costs of EUR 8.5 million are expected.
The present award procedure includes architectural, object and specialist planning services. The formation of ARGEN is permitted.
The contractor will draw up a performance plan with performance program based on the detailed property description as part of the HOAI performance phase 5, and will be responsible for working on phases 6 and 7 according to HOAI as well as for parts of construction supervision and documentation in phase 8 of the HOAI. The service description with service program to be developed forms the basis for the search and commissioning of a modular construction company, which, in addition to the actual performance, also assumes the approval and execution planning for the building.
