The University is seeking a private sector partner to design, build, finance and operate approximately 600 student residential units along with ancillary communal areas with a view to completing by 11.9.2015. The University will consider various contract structures, however, at present it envisages being the landlord to the students and retaining the right to nominate to rooms and to directly contract with the occupants.
