It is responsible for the execution, signing and notification of the framework agreement. Each member, the institution-party, must monitor the implementation of the framework agreement. The framework agreement with a maximum of €1,546,800 excluding VAT is entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-13 and R.2162.14 of the French Public Procurement Code.
