Framework agreement for the delivery of mobile devices including docking stations on behalf of neu-itec GmbH.

The contract starts on 01.10.2023 and ends at the end of 30.09.2025.

Over the term, only one model type may be offered in a maximum of 2 iterations. In order to ensure compatibility, driver and operating system update uniformity, neu.sw will only have a very limited variety of products. Therefore, it must be ensured that a sufficient stock of the equipment is available over the entire term of the contract.

In preparation for the rollout, 3 devices must be made available to the client. After a short test phase, the large call-offs start. Between these, there may be individual retrievals. However, the total number of devices to be procured does not change.

- First call: Q4 2023: 250 devices

- Second call: Q2 2024: 150 devices

- Third call: Q4 2024: 100 devices

- Fourth call-off: Q2 2025: 50 devices
