General.

The contracting authority uses an external IT officer to manage and implement the IT department. This IT officer is responsible for service level management (coordination), information management and project management of the IT processes of the contracting authority. The present agreement expires and the Contracting Authority wishes to outsource this.

Scope.

The Tenderer supplies one (1) official for the contracting authority with responsibility for the execution of the:

 Service level management;

 Information management;

 Project management.

Hour indication.

Average deployment from a minimum of sixteen (16) hours to thirty-two (32) hours per week.

The purpose of the contracting authority is to select and contract a Tenderer during an initial period of two (2) years. The contracting authority has a one-sided, optional extension option of four (4) times one (1) year.
