The existing road bridge crossed Enzian and Moltkestraße via railway tracks and serves as an access to the “Botanical Garden” S-Bahn station in Berlin Steglitz-Zehlendorf.

The building from 1909 is permanently load-constrained due to massive damage and is therefore to be demolished and replaced by a new building.

The replacement construction of the bridge essentially comprises the following services:

- manufacture, maintenance and dismantling of the makeshift bridges

- Construction of connection areas in front of and behind the makeshift bridges

- Construction time development of the S-Bahn station

- demolition of the existing building

- construction of the planned bridge

- interconnection work road construction in front of and behind the building

The subject of this offer is the basic services of site management and property management according to §43 HOAI 2021. Furthermore, special services for site management, in particular local construction supervision, as well as services for production monitoring steel construction and corrosion protection as well as other services in connection with with DB AG/S-Bahn content.
