The subject of the proceeding is a service consisting in the collection and transport of the entire stream of municipal waste, excluding waste constituting parts of plants from the maintenance of green areas, gardens, parks and cemeteries from owners of inhabited properties and owners of uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is generated and who have joined the municipal waste management system, partially inhabited and partly uninhabited properties, as well as summer cottages or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year - located in the Porąbka Commune.
