The purpose of this consultation is the maintenance of heating, domestic hot water, air conditioning and ventilation installations on behalf of the Station of Theoretical and Experimental Ecology (SETE) – CNRS in Moulis.

The CNRS wishes to delegate to an external service provider the operation and maintenance of its technical facilities of the theoretical and experimental ecology station of Moulis in Ariège.

the installations concerned are:

• Heating,

• Ventilation,

• Air conditioning,

• water treatment (heating, domestic hot water),

• production and supply of domestic hot water.

• Unburied networks (tubes, valves, taps, water heaters, PVC wastewater evacuation ...)

• Sanitary plumbing networks shut-off valve included (excluding faucets of sinks, shower sinks, flush ...)

The market is based on P2 type market (preventive, regulatory and corrective maintenance)
