The scope of the contract is to define the minimum and necessary activities to enable the opening of the Uarkape sports facilities, as well as the provision of a series of sports activities and technical advisory services in Uarkape and Musakola, which ensure that the citizens of Arrasate can develop and maintain themselves physically in the manner most appropriate to their training and to their needs and interests.

Likewise, it is intended to give continuity to the Physical Activity Guidance Service.

And finally, we want to have a lifeguard service for cases of urgent need, and as an exception, for those cases in which the service cannot be offered by its own means.
