Mediation, animation and management of the two reception areas for travelers in Châlons-en-Champagne
This consultation concerns the relaunch of the relevant market following the declaration without further action of the 1 re consultation. As this is a procedure with negotiation taking place in two phases, only one application file is to be submitted at this stage. Only candidates selected by the Agglomeration Community of Châlons-en-Champagne will be required to submit a technical and financial offer and negotiations will ensue before submitting a final offer. The CCTP as well as certain appendices are already attached at this stage so that candidates are aware of the exhaustive scope of the expected missions. The price table is not to be completed at this stage, it is communicated for information only like the other annexes.

- organization and maintenance of sites within the indicated perimeter - administrative and financial management.
