The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and extension of the High School. Adama Mickiewicza and the construction of a sports hall together with the development of the area and infrastructure in Piastów at ul. November 11, 2A (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") in the formula of public-private partnership within the meaning of the Act of 19.12.12 on public-private partnership (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1834, as amended ), hereinafter: PPP Act.

Under the Project, a private partner will be required to finance and perform construction works, i.e. reconstruction and extension of the High School. Adam Mickiewicz and the construction of a sports hall along with land development and infrastructure. After completion of the construction works, the private partner will be responsible for providing the maintenance service in accordance with the Facility Accessibility Standards. The duration of the public-private partnership contract is 22 years.

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and extension of the High School. Adama Mickiewicza and the construction of a sports hall together with the development of the area and infrastructure in Piastów at ul. 11th November 2A. The goal of the project is to provide residents of the Piast city and the region with access to multifunctional educational and sports infrastructure. The scope of construction works is included in the project documentation, which will be provided by the public entity.

The project will be implemented based on a public-private partnership agreement assuming the division of tasks and risks between the parties to the contract. Under the Project, a private partner will be required to finance and perform construction works in the form of:

1. construction of a new part of the high school with a connector and a library part (library - media library);

2. reconstruction and modernization of the existing high school building along with the demolition of part of the boiler room;

3. construction of the sports part;

4. construction of roads, pavements, parking lot, playground, landscaping and elements of land development.

After completion of the construction works, the private partner will be responsible for providing the maintenance service in accordance with the Facility Accessibility Standards. In exchange for performing the above services, the private partner will receive remuneration in the form of an availability fee.

In order to implement the Project, the public entity will provide investment property and project documentation. The duration of the public-private partnership agreement will be 22 years.
