The agreement is about covering the back-up hotlines in the Poison Information Center's telephone counseling during agreed scheduled periods in order to maintain a good working environment for the business's back-up services. The main task of the consultant is, if necessary in the handling of the incident, to discuss and provide support to the primary emergency service, or to take over the conversation. The schedule is determined for three (3) months at a time and the consultant should always be on standby during the scheduled hours. The work is paved for evenings, nights and weekends all year round. Questions are of an advanced clinical nature and need to be answered immediately. During office hours, the emergency room is available at the premises of the Poison Information Centre and other appointments by telephone. If the organization needs to be strengthened, the consultant has a one-hour cancellation time to the Poison Information Center's premises unless otherwise agreed.
