Engineering services for the general drainage plan based on the HOAI; Overall presentation of the service recording as special services (see LV)

The city of Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate is drained by means of a mixing and separation system. The sewer network has a total length of 329.42 km.

For the general drainage plan, the catchment areas forming a drainage unit, as well as land use and land sealing, must be determined and displayed by evaluating map material (such as field maps, aerial photographs, terrain model, etc. as well as other data bases provided by the client (client), authorities or public bodies). In addition to the evaluation of the map material, site inspections are also required for this purpose. If necessary, the client will assist in obtaining entry permits.

In order to carry out the mathematical verifications, a hydrodynamic model of the sewer system and a suitable model for the pollution load simulation (emission verification) must be created. Furthermore, the necessary immission certificates must be provided. The creation of heavy rain warning or hazard maps is not part of the contract.

An overview plan as well as the necessary site plans and longitudinal sections are to be drawn up in accordance with the services described above. The processing procedure and the calculations must be documented in an explanatory report. The results are to be compiled and handed over in digital form as well as 1 copy in paper form.

In addition, a fire brigade deployment plan for heavy rain events and accidents involving hazardous substances must be drawn up.

The calculations must be carried out using state-of-the-art technology and therefore in accordance with the current technical regulations.
