The purpose of this procedure is the identification and selection of a company installed in Poland that allows to continue with the activity of Extenda in this country providing technical assistance services aimed at increasing the presence of Andalusian companies in Poland and attracting investors from That country to Andalusia. There will be exclusivity on the part of the company that is awarded, not being able to perform the same type of service provision in Poland, for other entities or organizations similar to Extenda from the rest of Spain.

Technical assistance for:

- the organization of international or national trade fairs of commercial relevance, trade missions, information days, reverse missions, technical support in the organization of other promotional actions,

- resolution of information inquiries, as well as preparation of market notes,

- develop methodologies to access the Polish market, inform about opportunities in the country and relevant issues to the introduction of Andalusian products in it, favor the exchange of experiences and knowledge between companies in both areas; benchmarking on best practices, competitive intelligence and support services abroad,

- perform Market Intelligence tasks,

- promote the strategic sectors for Andalusia that will be identified by the consultant and agreed with Extenda,

- develop a public relations policy that contributes to strengthening the presence of Andalusian companies in Poland,

- attract investments from Poland to Andalusia,

- the successful tenderer must not have a headquarters in a main city in Poland, since since January 2020 the headquarters are housed in the Warsaw Ofcourse, the rental of which is borne by Extenda,

- provide the databases of Polish companies and foreign trade statistics necessary to develop the activities and reports.
