Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Trąbki Wielkie Municipality in the period of 27 months, i.e. from 01.04.2024 to 30.06.2026

. The subject of the contract is:

1) Collection, transport and management of municipal waste (non-segregated, segregated and from door-to-site waste collection):

- of all inhabited properties,

- cottages and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes,

- from uninhabited real estate, where municipal waste is generated in the Trąbki Wielkie Commune, excluding real estate where business activity is conducted,

2) Collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Trąbki Wielkie, 30 Pocztowa Street.

3) Equipping all inhabited and uninhabited properties where municipal waste is generated with mixed waste containers.

4) Equipping all single-family residential properties where municipal waste is generated with bags for municipal waste segregation.

5) Equipping all multi-family residential properties (blocks) with containers for municipal waste segregation.

6) Equipping uninhabited properties where waste is generated with containers or bags for waste segregation.

7) equipping properties with summer cottages or other properties intended for recreation and leisure purposes with containers for mixed waste and bags for segregation of municipal waste.

8) Equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point with containers/containers or separate segments for separate collection of selected waste.

9) The Contractor is obliged to collect, transport, manage, process, recycle and recover all municipal waste generated on inhabited and uninhabited properties and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the Trąbki Wielkie commune.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference entitled "Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and its implementation, hereinafter referred to as SOPZ"

Qualitative requirements:

- The Contracting Authority requires that all vehicles carrying out this subject of the contract have the EURO 6 emission standard.

- Annex 1 to the Terms of Use is set out in the SOPZ, in particular in Chapters VI, X, XIII, XIV, XV, XVI, XIX, XX, XXI.
