The assignment includes:

- Perform periodic floor maintenance. This involves a phased transition from polymers to permanent coating.

- Perform baseline measurement on all floors to determine the condition.

- Drawing up and maintaining a floor passport

- Clearing and clearing of the common areas

- Clearing the classrooms

Outside the assignment:

- Clearing out the classrooms

It concerns an Agreement for 3 years. After these years, the Client has the option to extend the Agreement seven more times for one year. In total, this assignment can therefore take ten years.
