The subject of the contract is: the provision of clean maintenance services in the common parts of residential buildings, the maintenance of cleanliness in outdoor paved areas and the care of greenery in areas adjacent to buildings and undeveloped areas of residential buildings, being owned by AMW in the following localities: Poznań, Swarzędz, Biedrusko and maintaining cleanliness in the building in the administrative and office building of the premises and the shop of the AMW Regional Branch in Poznan, together with the maintenance of cleanliness in the outdoor paved areas and the care of greenery on adjacent areas. A detailed description of the object of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ and Annexes No 2-5 to the contract.
