Lot 207 - interior plaster work

The city of Hoyerswerda plans to build a 3-speed secondary school on the site of the former Konrad-Zuse-Gymnasium on Konrad-Zuse-Straße 7.

The project consists of two sub-objects:

1) refurbishment and reconstruction of the existing building, including energy renovation;

2) Construction of an extension as a new building.

The subject of the tender is the interior plaster work in the extension.

Scope:

- about 2 900 m 2 Plaster preparation masonry surfaces,

- About 1 500 m 2 Plaster preparation concrete substrate,

- About 4 000 m 2 Interior wall plaster interior walls 2-ply,

- about 400 m 2 Lime-cement plaster, 2-ply inside,

- approx. 440 m plaster moldings door and window frames,

- approx. 460 m interior wall plaster reveals,

- approx. 680 m installation slots,

- about 520 m 2 Plaster reinforcing.
