The Client will enter into a Framework Agreement with the Contractor. The effective date of this Framework Agreement is 01 July 2023 and has a fixed term of four (4) years. The fixed term of the Framework Agreement will therefore end on 01 July 2027. The Framework Agreement may be optionally renewed two (2) times for the duration of two (2) years each.

The total order per year for the provision of occupational health and safety services includes an estimated expenditure of approximately € 95,000 per year. The amount mentioned is indicative and does not constitute a guarantee for the future and no rights can be derived from it. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
