1. The subject of the order are supplies of reagents and consumable parts for the Analytical Laboratory together with the lease of analyzers for the Polish Baptism Monument Hospital in Gniezno, together with their transport, unloading and bringing them to the Laboratory at 3 Maja 37 Street. delivery of reagents and consumable parts by transport at the expense and risk of the contractor together with their unloading and bringing (at the expense of the Contractor) in the manner indicated by the Contracting Authority.

2. The Contracting Authority authorises the submission of equivalent tenders. Detailed regulations are contained in SWZ.
