1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood as well as work on seed and selection, nursery, maintenance of tourist, recreational, educational and road infrastructure facilities, to be carried out in the Kędzierzyn Forest District in 2023.
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood as well as works from seed and selection, nursery, maintenance of tourist, recreational, educational and road infrastructure facilities resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.

forestry: Blachownia, Brzeźce, Czajka
Kotlarnia, Sławięcice, works in the forest nursery in Czajka forestry and works from seed and selection in the entire forest district;
Package IIPackage II
forestry: Niezdrowice, Pokrzywnica, Rudziniec, Stampnica, Stara Kuźnia, duty in PAD and fire alarms, mineralization of fire belts;
Package IIIPackage III
works carried out using mechanical equipment throughout the Forest District in the field of agrotechnical drainage, spraying, soil preparation
