part 1 of the order: Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties in the Jasienica Commune

part 2 of the order: collection, transport and management of municipal waste from PSZOK in Jasienica and its service equipment in the field of maintaining order and cleanliness, preparing waste for transport

The scope of the contract for lot 1 includes the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate on which residents and residents do not live in the Commune, starting from January 2, 2023 to December 31, 2023. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the annexes to the SWZ. The scope of the contract for part 2 includes: maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of PSZOK in Jasienica, including winter maintenance - snow removal enabling the passage and access of residents to containers / containers for waste, preparation of waste, accepted by the Municipality of Jasienica from residents - owners of real estate located in the Jasienica Municipality, for transport, transport and transfer of waste (to places indicated in the Contractor's offer)

in order to manage municipal waste in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act from 2 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.
