This Assignment concerns the provision of two data centers with required co-location services such as (inter) connectivity, in accordance with the requirements set in these Tender Documents. The primary function of the data center is to house IT network equipment for the OCC.

To this end, the Client will conclude a Framework Agreement with a maximum of one Contractor. The initial size for each of the data centers will be one rack per core location where up to 8kW of power can be used.

The Client's objective is to conclude an Agreement with a Contractor that can offer good future stability, quality and price. In addition, 'future-proofness' includes both the ability to keep up with the state of the art in the field of data centers, and the ability to meet the future demand of the Client in the field of housing and colocation services.

The Client has deliberately kept the set minimum requirements and preconditions as limited as possible in order to give the Tenderers as much room as possible to arrive at a proper execution of the contract and to demonstrate their added value in the Award Criteria requested (see Chapter 6 in this box).

The contract will be awarded to the highest scoring Tenderer for each of the locations, who meets the Minimum Requirements and who has not submitted any irregular documents and who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender whereby the assessment will be based on the best price-quality ratio (Best PKV ).

Tenderers can register for the co-location services and data center locations OCC.
