the purpose of this contract is the supply of cleaning products, hygiene consumables and household equipment, for the benefit of the beneficiaries of the grouping of orders (whose coordinator is the City of Compiègne).

this contract takes the form of a single-awarding framework agreement, with minimum and maximum financial thresholds for each lot is awarded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The Framework Agreement sets the terms of deliveries and is executed as purchase orders are issued.

This consultation concerns the supply of cleaning products, hygiene consumables and household cleaning equipment to the beneficiaries of the grouping of orders, as well as the provision of distributors with an option to purchase at the end of the contract.

The City of Compiègne and the agglomeration of the Compiègne Region have expressed the wish to optimize their mass of purchases while maintaining or even improving the quality of the service that is provided in the field that may concern them.
