The subject of this order is the collection, transport and development of municipal waste (mixed waste and waste collected selectively) from the territory of the municipality of Rzekuń from the property where the inhabitants reside. The subject of the order does not include uninhabited properties. Municipal waste collected from the inhabitants of the municipality of Rzekuń will be transferred to the installation indicated by the Contractor.

1.3. Estimated amount of waste, broken down by individual fractions, to be generated over the duration of the contract:

— unsegregated waste (mixed) municipal waste code 20 03 01:

2,541,04 [Mg],

— biodegradable waste code 20 02 01:157,92 [Mg],

— mixed packaging waste (waste code 15 01 06) approx. 307,392 [Mg].

The Contractor shall be obliged to use (to be recovered or disposed) the received waste from the territory of the municipality of Rzekuń, as a rule, in accordance with applicable law.

The Contractor shall be obliged to carry out the collection of municipal waste from inhabited property in a manner consistent with the time limits for its receipt in consultation with the Contracting Authority (with frequencies in accordance with the applicable waste classification), broken down into the following fractions:

— glass packs (waste code 15 01 07) approx. 282,528 [Mg],

— Paper and cardboard packs (waste code 15 01 01) 74,448 [Mg],

— large-sized waste (waste code 20 03 07) 74,768 [Mg],

— consumed electrical and electronic equipment (waste codes: 20 01 35, 20 01 36) 34,8 [Mg].
