Młynarskiego, at pl. Żelazna Bramy, and ul. Myśliwiecka in Warsaw, in the Śródmieście District of the Capital City of Warsaw.

The subject of the order is determined by:

1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract regarding the operation of 12 24-hour guarded parking lots - Annex 1 to the ToR.

2. Car park plans - constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.

3. Regulations of parking lots - constituting Annex 3 to the ToR.

4. Valid parking price lists - constituting Annex 4 to the ToR.

5. Lists of equipment related to parking lots constituting Annex 5 to the ToR.

6. The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations related to conducting settlements with the Employer and compliance with the procedures regarding the Syspark 12 system - constituting Annex 6 to the ToR.
