3.1 The subject of the contract is the service of municipal waste management from real estate inhabited in the Sępólno Krajeńskie commune and collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Sępólno Krajeński in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.
3.2 The scope of the contract includes the management of mixed (non-segregated) municipal waste with code 20 03 01, and the management of municipal waste segregated and collected in a selective manner:
1) paper and cardboard and paper and cardboard packaging,
2) metals and metal packaging,
3) plastics and plastic packaging,
4) glass and glass packaging,
5) multi-factory packaging,
(6) biodegradable waste
7) waste electronic equipment,
8) bulky waste,
9) expired medicines and chemicals,
10) ash,
11) construction and demolition waste.

3.3 The Ordering Party does not allow partial bids. A tender may only be submitted for all waste fractions
3.4 The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract with respect to mixed waste using a municipal waste processing installation indicated on the list referred to in Article 38b paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587).
3.5 The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract using a recovery or processing facility. Treatment of municipal waste collected in a selective way cannot be carried out outside installations and equipment - Article 30 paragraph 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste
3.6 Delivery of municipal waste to municipal installations, waste recovery or treatment installations will take place by vehicles of an entity entrusted by the Municipality of Sępólno Krajeńskie (as part of a separate procedure) with collecting municipal waste from owners of real estate located in the municipality of Sępólno Krajeńskie and collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Sępólno Krajeńskie.
3.7 The Ordering Party requires that the execution of the subject of the contract takes place at a distance of up to 80 km from the seat of the Ordering Party.
3.8 The Ordering Party shall verify the distance using the map targeo.pl service (the shortest route option, public roads for vehicles with a total weight of 10 t and more), taking as a reference point the seat of the Municipal Office in Sępólno Krajeński (Tadeusza Kościuszki 11, 89-400 Sępólno Krajeńskie).
