Corrosion protection work

Built between 1958 and 1961, the precooler located in the northern part of the coking plant consists of a solid construction component about five meters high, single-storey base component

and eight steel cooling towers, which are around 29 meters high, are placed on it, along with complementary components such as pipelines, stairs, ladders and walkways.

Services for the renovation of steel structures:

construction site equipment with black and white containers,

waste water tank, sanitary container, office container, 1-chamber lock, technical ventilation measures

The surfaces are to be treated as follows: Surface preparation by blasting at standard purity level: Sa 2 1/2, base coat, 2x top coat

- Precooler towers approx. 3,450m2

- pipelines approx. 2,200 m2

- stairs, walkways, etc. approx. 220m2

- railing approx. 270m2
