The subject of the contract is the provision of services of collecting and transporting municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Szczytno in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297) and the Waste Management Plan for the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship as well as the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the city of Szczytno and other provisions of statutory and local law.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services of collecting and transporting municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Szczytno in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297) and the Waste Management Plan for the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship as well as the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the city of Szczytno and other provisions of statutory and local law for a period of 12 months from 01.01.2023.

The subject of the contract also includes:

1) the transmission by the Contractor of received mixed and selectively collected municipal waste from the area of Szczytno and from the Selective Collective Communal Waste Collections Point (PSZOK) located in Nowy Gizewo 16/1, 12-100 Szczytno directly to the municipal installation ZGOK Sp. z o.o., station transhipment in Trelkowo, gm. Szczytno;

2) supply and maintenance of ash containers (in an estimated amount of 35 units with a capacity of 1100 L metal);

3) supply and maintenance of kitchen waste containers with a capacity of 240L in brown color (delivered at each existing “socket” of multi-family development in the amount of a minimum of 1 pc., if necessary, delivery of the container in places of greatest intensity - on the request of the Ordering Party).
