By means of this tender, Vitens wishes to arrive at a framework agreement on electrical works small maintenance for parcel Midden and Noord in accordance with the procurement directives, with lawfulness and efficiency being paramount. This will have to find a solution for electrical work to be carried out qualitatively and efficiently. The watermaking process should, as far as possible, be carried out undisturbed. The contractor works as support and on assignment. Each lot shall be awarded to one tenderer.

1. adjustments to control systems other than PA installations (known as wiring/infrastructure);
2. adaptations to light and power installations;
3. assist in commissioning after installation and repair work;
4. disconnecting, connecting and securing electric motors;
5. disconnecting and connecting to external emergency generators;
6. mounting electrical panels/control cabinets;
7. maintenance of light installations;
8. maintenance of control batteries, including control batteries of NSAs (not the starter batteries);
9. maintenance rectifiers;
10. look for and fix cable failures;
11. maintenance and repair of cables (light, power (low voltage distributor/MCCs), communications, Ethernet and fiber ICT);
12. mounting of cable ducts;
13. maintenance of cable cabinets, periphery, measuring and roadside cabinets with connected measuring instruments;
14. maintenance of the cabinet and components for the purpose of cathodic protection;
15. visual inspection of electrical installations;
16. fix residual points (recovery points) from NEN-3140 inspections;
17. test surge protections;
18. encoding cabinets, components, veins and cables;
19. amovers of installation parts;
20. answering calls and eliminating E-failures both inside and outside working hours;
21. engineering work;
22. supply of electrical materials and mounting materials (24/7 in case of emergency);
23. replacement of obsolete hardware such as frequency inverters, soft starters, no-break systems, instrumentation; including the possible supply of necessary hardware;
24. manual adjustment of drawings on site (if necessary after work);
25. revision of drawing work in Eplan (according to EPLAN Project Reference);
26. be able and allowed to operate in an ATEX environment (applicable in some cases).
