The subject of this order is the supply of electricity to the facilities of the Ordering Party and organizational units in the forecast quantity of 1 714,624 kWh

4.1. The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of the Ordering Party and organizational units in accordance with the provisions of the Law of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 as amended), issued on its basis by implementing acts and an annex No. 1 to SWZ — description of the subject of the order.

4.2. The Contracting Authority shall act on his own behalf and is entitled to conduct tendering proceedings on behalf of all organisational units.

4.3. The Contracting Authority shall conclude one contract arising out of this public procurement procedure.
