The subject of the contract is the supply of office supplies. The subject of the contract has been divided into 14 parts: lot no. 1 - Office supplies, part no. 2 - Printer tapes, part no. 3 - Universal labels, part no. 4 - Tape, part no. 5 - Thermal transfer tape, part no. 6 - Stickers without printing, part no. 7 - Thermal paper, part no. 8 - Thermal paper, part no. 9 - Thermal paper for laboratory printers, Part No. 10 - Paints and dies, Part No. 11 - Computer Accessories, Part No. 12 - Batteries and accumulators, Part No. 13 - Printed matter, Part No. 14 - Shredders. Tenders may be submitted in respect of one, several or all of the lots. The offer in each part should be complete and should meet the detailed requirements set out in the SWZ and its annexes. The subject of the contract in lot No. 1 are office supplies, in the amount indicated in the SWZ. The subject of the contract in part No. 10 are paints and matrices, in the amount indicated in the SWZ. A detailed description and manner of order execution is included in the SWZ, in particular paragraph 7, the price form, constituting Annex 1a to the SWZ and the contract template, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract in part No. 11 are computer accessories, in the amount indicated in the SWZ. A detailed description and manner of order execution is included in the SWZ, in particular paragraph 7, the price form, constituting Annex 1a to the SWZ and the contract template, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract in lot no. 12 are batteries and accumulators, in the amount indicated in the SWZ. A detailed description and manner of order execution is included in the SWZ, in particular paragraph 7, the price form, constituting Annex 1a to the SWZ and the contract template, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract in part No. 13 are prints, in the amount indicated in the SWZ. A detailed description and manner of order execution is included in the SWZ, in particular paragraph 7, the price form, constituting Annex 1a to the SWZ and the contract template, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ. Samples of forms are included in Annex 8 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract in lot no. 14 are shredders, in the quantity indicated in the SWZ. 8. MEANS OF PROOF IN QUESTION (concerning Lot No 14):

1) Pursuant to Art. 107(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority requests that the bid be accompanied by the bid in respect of lots No. 14, items 1, 2, 3, of the said means of evidence that will serve to confirm compliance with the criteria described in the bid evaluation criterion (referred to in Chapter XVIII(3), part 14, item 1 of the table of desirable parameters), if the Contractor offers the desired parameter:

a. data sheets or other document (i.e. technical card, certificate) confirming the parameters of the offered assortment, i.e. energy consumption not higher than 0.1 W in standby mode (applies to items 1-3 of the shredder).

2) The above-mentioned means of proof are not subject to supplementation, as they will be used to confirm compliance with the criteria described in the criterion for the evaluation of tenders.

3) If the desired parameter is offered in the bid evaluation criterion and the proof confirming the offered parameter is not submitted together with the bid, the Contractor will receive 0.00 points for this parameter.

4) The Contracting Authority accepts equivalent means of proof if they confirm the criteria specified by the Contracting Authority.

(5) The evidence in question, drawn up in a foreign language, must be accompanied by a translation into Polish.

The subject of the contract in part no. 3 are universal labels, in the amount indicated in the SWZ. The subject of the contract in part No. 4 is tape, in the amount indicated in the SWZ. A detailed description and manner of order execution is included in the SWZ, in particular paragraph 7, the price form, constituting Annex 1a to the SWZ and the contract template, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract in part no. 5 is a thermal transfer tape, in the amount indicated in the SWZ. The subject of the contract in part no. 6 are stickers without printing, in the amount indicated in the SWZ. The subject of the contract in lot no. 7 is thermal paper, in the amount indicated in the SWZ.
