1. The object of the order is:
Purchase and delivery of medical devices for the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Warsaw
in Łódź at 251 Pomorska Street,
2. The order has been divided into 3 parts.
3. A detailed description of the item of the order is Annex 1 to SWZ - Description of the object of the order.
4. Any reference in the content of the document to standards shall be permitted by the contracting authority for solutions equivalent to those described, accompanied by the words "or equivalent", in accordance with Article 101(4) of the Public Procurement Law.
5. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, depending on which part it submits the bid.
