this consultation concerns a contract for the supply of natural gas for the needs of the CCARM, the SPL Rives de Meuse and the Régie intercommunales de l'eau et de l'assainissement, from July 2022 to August 2023.the contract concerns the supply of natural gas made site for the supply of delivery points listed in Article 21 of the CCP, whose scope may vary according to the terms of this CCP, the services associated with the supply.the contract holder commits to a start of supply on 1 July 2022, which implies that he undertakes to carry out all the operations of change of supplier previously. NOTE: * At the start of the procedure, the Régie de l'assainissement has no delivery point. However, this may change over the duration of the framework agreement.
