The procurement includes moving, transport, forwarding and warehousing services for personal goods and Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs goods for four geographical areas. A Framework Agreement will be signed with one supplier for each geographical area. Personal goods is furniture and movables, etcetera that belongs to Norwegian Foreign Service personnel which move from or to their residence in Norway. Personal goods not brought to the foreign missions are long-term stored at the frame agreement suppliers warehouse. Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs goods can for example be ICT equipment, office furniture, security products, furniture for representation areas and art. Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs goods are mainly diplomatic shipments.
