This contract is a public service contract encompassing a partial mission of project author including in particular:
• Monitoring of planning permission (in progress with the administrations).
• Consolidation with the stability study (external office already designated)
• Linking with the study of special techniques (external office already designated)
• The connection with the study in electricity (external office already designated: idem above)
• The finalization of the plans according to the feedback above
• The necessary complete level readings, the study and integration of the surroundings and the building
• The development of special specifications and implementation plans
• Marketing follow-up
• Analysis of offers and questions
• Complete site monitoring until final acceptance
• Collection, completeness and provision of the As-built file
• Safety and Health Coordination (HSC)
