1. The subject of the contract is winter maintenance of district roads – snow removal of roadways and roadsides and sidewalks during snowfall and liquidation of the effects of such precipitation, divided into 3 parts:

1) part no. I - winter maintenance of roadways and roadsides of district roads in the city of Pruszków and the municipality of Michałowice;

2) part No. II - winter maintenance of roadways and roadsides of district roads in the Raszyn commune, Nadarzyn commune, Krakowska Avenue and Mszczonowska street,

3) Part Iii – winter maintenance of sidewalks by county roads in the Pruszków Poviat.

Winter road maintenance includes, among others:

• Snow removal of roadways, roadsides, sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle routes during snowfall and liquidation of the effects of these precipitations,

• Snow removal of roadways and streets with bus stop and parking bays, along with shoulders on both sides of the road and parking lots located in the road lane. For streets with shoulders, snow should be pushed off the edge of the roadway

Winter road maintenance consists in particular of:

• Snow removal of roadways, roadsides, sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle routes during snowfall and liquidation of the effects of these precipitations,

• Snow removal of roadways and streets with bus stop and parking bays, along with shoulders on both sides of the road and parking lots located in the road lane. In the case of streets with shoulders, snow should be pushed beyond the edge of the road at a distance of 0.5 m, and in the case of roads with parallel sidewalks and pedestrian-bicycle routes or bicycle paths, snow removal should be carried out in such a way as to leave 1 m of the pavement uncovered, and the pedestrian-bicycle route or bicycle path – 1.5 m,

• Elimination of black ice,

• Proper selection of means and application of the appropriate type of services, in consultation with the Ordering Party, taking into account the occurring or forecasted atmospheric phenomenon, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment on the types and conditions of application of measures that can be used on public roads, streets and squares of 27 October 2005.
