This consultation is launched following the dismissal of procedure 2022/S 231-666-209. This abandonment of the procedure is justified by a substantial change in the characteristics of the market.
The V1t building is located in the Meat Products sector of the Rungis International Market. This pavilion is dedicated to the sale of tripier products. It is subject to health approval.
It is more particularly the cleaning and disinfection of the common areas on the ground floor and R + 1 and attic including: shopping alley, sanitary facilities, side passages, corridors, waste room on a surface of about 3500 m².
The services include:
- The collection, collection, sorting and emptying in the compactor of residual waste from the construction activity;
- The supply and washing of 770L waste bins;
- The supply of garbage bags and the replacement of removed bags;
- The routing of waste bins to the waste room, cleaning and return of bins to customers;
- The Holder is responsible for access to the waste room, maintenance in good working order, wheeled bins and compactor, as well as selective sorting carried out by wholesalers;
- Daily cleaning and disinfection of the floors of all common areas of the building (approximately 3500 m²), including the sales hall, circulation paths, passageways, stairs, landings and public sanitary facilities;
- Periodic cleaning and disinfection of the vertical walls and ceilings of the common areas of the building, including the sales hall, circulation aisles, corridors, stairs, landings and public sanitary facilities including interior and exterior glass surfaces and attic;
- Maintenance of indoor and outdoor wastewater sewerage networks in common areas;
- Pest and insect control.
The Account Holder undertakes to carry out the mission entrusted to him in strict compliance with the rules of the art, as well as all applicable legislative and regulatory provisions, in particular with regard to:
- compliance with hygiene provisions,
- the health approval of the establishment,
- the use of cleaning and disinfection products.
The methods and products used are subject to approval by the veterinary services.
