The subject of the contract is: delivery of heating oil for heating purposes to the registered office of the Ordering Party 32nd BLT Łask located at Gucin 58a, 98-113 Buczek.

The planned place, delivery dates and quantities of ordered fuel oil are included in the "Description of the order – fuel oil supply plan" which is an appendix to the Terms of Reference. The Ordering Party reserves the right to postpone the execution of individual batches of deliveries in the following months.

The supplied oil must meet the quality requirements set out in the PN-C-96024:2020-12 standard (or equivalent), and have the parameters described in the Terms of Use and Appendices.

1. The subject of the contract is: delivery of heating oil for heating purposes to the Contracting Authority's registered office of the 32nd BLT Łask.

2. The planned place, delivery dates and quantities of fuel oil to be ordered are included in the "Supply Plan" attached to the Terms of Reference. The Ordering Party reserves the right to postpone the execution of individual batches of deliveries in the following months.

3. The supplied oil must meet the quality requirements set out in the PN-C-96024:2020-12 standard (or equivalent) and have the following parameters:

3.1. Calorific value: min. 42 600 kJ/kg;

3.2. Flash point: min. 56°C;

3.3. Density at 15°C: max. 860 kg/m3;

3.4. Sulphur content % (m/m): max. 0,2%;

3.5. Freezing point: not higher than minus 20°C.

4. The estimated quantity of goods that the Ordering Party plans to order under the concluded contract in the first half of 2024 is 320 m3 (the scope of the "basic order"). The quantity and delivery dates are indicative, and the actual quantity of ordered fuel oil is limited by the gross amount (the amount that the Ordering Party intends to allocate to finance the order) and will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party and its ability to store the subject of the contract.

5. Pursuant to Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of applying the option right in the said procedure up to the amount of 99% of the value of the basic contract (i.e. the amount that the Contracting Authority intends to allocate to finance the contract).
